MEDIATOR - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute between the business and the consumer, both parties will endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to the consumer mediator with jurisdiction over the merchant, namely AVENIR CONSO (formerly AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint being sent to the merchant.

OPTING OUT OF TELEMARKETING
In accordance with Article L. 223-2 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to register on the do-not-call list: “When a business is required to collect telephone information from a consumer, it must inform the consumer of their right to register on the do-not-call list. Cancellation or Modification by the Customer
1. The customer is reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
2. The terms and conditions of sale for the reserved rate specify the procedures for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Reservations made with prepayment cannot be modified and/or canceled. Any amounts paid in advance, such as deposits, are non-refundable. In such cases, this is specified in the terms and conditions for the fare.
4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate permit it:
- the reservation may be canceled directly on the Website or via the Mobile Services through the “View or Cancel Your Reservation” section;
- the reservation may be modified directly with the hotel; the hotel’s phone number is provided in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the guest cuts their stay short, the full agreed-upon price will be charged. In the case of a prepaid reservation, no refund will be granted for this reason.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer must vacate the room by 12:00 p.m. on the day the reservation ends. Failure to do so will result in the customer being charged for an additional night’s stay.
7. All reservations are non-transferable and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
